Silver Piercing - Judy Link is available to teach a mini-class on silver piercing (cutting out the negative space in plate silver to create a design for jewelry).

Silver Smithing - Charles Reed is available to teach a class on siver smithing at his home in Porterville.

This year TGMS is offering a scholarship for the registration fee.  You will be required to give a demonstration for the club upon your return.  Come to the March meeting and put your name in the drawing.  Read more in our upcoming newsletter. 


Concerning classes held at the Workshop.  Members interested in learning the art of Lapidary are encouraged to come to the our monthly meeting to help establish times, days of the week and which form of Lapidary Art individuals are most interested.  Such as:  Beading, Cabachons, Carving/sculpting, Faceting, Silver smithing and Wirewrapping.   Members wishing to help are encouraged to do so.          Don Vieira
